Who can enroll my child?
A parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult signs up and completes payment. Enrollment is online through our secure payment partner, Paythen.
How does payment work?
Pay the annual fee in full, or split it into four consecutive monthly installments starting the day you enroll (installments carry a small payment-processing fee). Payments are processed securely by Paythen.
Are there waiting periods or annual maximums?
No. The membership has no waiting periods, no claim forms, no pre-authorization requirements, no yearly maximums, no age limitations, and no pre-existing condition exclusions.
What does the 15% discount apply to?
Dental services beyond the included preventive care. The included exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and preventive X-rays are used over two treatment appointments per 12-month membership period; other services are 15% off.
